"Favias's 2003 Cerro Sur has aged beautifully. Sweet red berries, flowers, mint and spices all flesh out in the glass. Today the 2003 is simply gorgeous. The aromatics and fruit remain remarkably vivid and fresh for a ten years-old wine. This is a great showing for Cerro Sur in its inaugural vintage. Readers fortunate enough to own the 2003 can look forward to another decade of fine drinking. The 2003 is 85% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon."
