"A rich, explosive wine, the 2009 Barolo Brunate hits the palate with masses of dark fruit, pine, menthol, wild herbs, cloves and new leather. Firm yet well-integrated tannins provide the backdrop for this stunning, structured Barolo. The 2009 Brunate has class and pure pedigree to burn. When I was younger, I didn't really get the Brunate, but as I have gotten older my appreciation for this wine has grown. This is one sexy Barolo from Roberto and Davide Voerzio."
